Our Principal Consultant, Mr. David Tan, is a Licensed Company Secretary and a Licensed Franchise Consultant with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience.

He is a serial entrepreneur, licensed franchise consultant, and DBA researcher in franchising driven by one mission — to help Malaysian startups and SMEs transform into scalable, sustainable, and globally competitive enterprises through the power of franchising.

Certified by the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperatives Development (MECD) and licensed by SSM as a CoSec, he guides entrepreneurs in building franchise-ready business models, structuring corporate compliance frameworks, and navigating the franchisor registration process with confidence and integrity. His goal is to make franchising accessible, compliant, and growth-oriented for the next generation of SMEs.
